Dear Mama,

Do you feel like you are constantly running on a treadmill of to-do lists, mental load, and mom guilt?

You are not alone—and you weren't created to parent in survival mode.

Welcome to the Live Loved Mom Podcast, the place where faith meets the messy, beautiful reality of motherhood.

I’m your host, Sindy, a wife, boy mom, Registered Nurse, and Certified Christian Life Coach. After spending over a decade caring for patients as an RN, I now help moms care for their hearts.

Each week, we dig into Biblical truth, practical coaching tools, and honest conversations with experts (psychologists, doctors, and authors) to help you:

  • Break the 4 Survival Modes (Striving, Carrying, Pouring, & Disconnecting).

  • Silence the Mom Guilt that tells you you’re not doing enough.

  • Renew Your Mind so you can be present with the people you love.

Whether you are the "Striving Servant" trying to earn your worth or the "Carrying-It-All Mama" carrying the mental load, you belong here.

Grab your coffee (even if it’s cold), and let’s learn to Live Loved together.

Do you feel like you are walking on eggshells inside your own skin? You know that feeling—you are technically "handling it," but deep down, you know you are one spilled milk, one loud noise, or one "Mommy, look at me!" away from snapping.
And when you do finally lose your cool, the guilt washes over you. You think: “I should be stronger than this. I prayed for patience, so why am I still yelling?”
In this episode, Sindy takes the pressure off. She combines the biblical truth of 2 Corinthians 4:7 with the science of the Nervous System to show you that your limits are not a sin—they are a design feature.
We explore:
🏺 Jars of Clay vs. Jars of Steel: Why we try to be infinite "super-moms" when God created us to be finite vessels dependent on Him.
🧠 The "Bucket of Tolerance": The science behind why you snap (hint: it’s not because you’re a bad mom; it’s because your bucket is overflowing).
⚔️ The Lesson of Gideon: Why God sometimes whittles down our resources to teach us that His strength is made perfect in our weakness.
🕊️ Stewardship as Worship: How stepping back to regulate your body is actually a way to make room for the Holy Spirit.
If you are tired of trying to "power through" the exhaustion, this episode is your permission slip to stop striving and start stewarding.

I used to believe that if I just did more, I would finally feel worthy. I thought that "dying to self" meant ignoring my own needs, and that my anxiety was simply a lack of faith.
But then came the crash.
In this vulnerable episode, Sindy takes off the "Coach" hat and sits down as a sister in Christ to share her personal journey from Striving (trying to earn peace) to Surrender (resting in God's design).
She opens up about the moment she hit her breaking point on the kitchen floor and how the Lord gently met her there. He revealed that she wasn't failing spiritually—she was simply trying to be infinite in a finite body.
In this episode, we explore:
🌿 The "Striving Servant" Trap: Why we often confuse performance with holiness and how it leads us away from God's peace.
🧠 Faith Meets Biology: How God designed your nervous system, and why your "Fight or Flight" response is actually a call to stewardship, not a sin issue.
🕊️ Stewardship as Worship: Learning to treat your body—the Temple of the Holy Spirit—with the care and honor it deserves.
✨ The Shift: How to move from "white-knuckling" your patience to truly surrendering your burdens to Jesus.
